Founded in 2017 by Broker David Moore, Southern Associates Realty was built around a simple principle: provide personal service, professional real estate guidance, and treat every client with honesty and respect.
Local Experience You Can Rely On
Broker and Founder David Moore began his real estate career in 1990. After working in real estate, he spent approximately 14 years in the finance and lending industry, gaining valuable experience in another important side of the real estate transaction. He returned to real estate in 2014 and founded Southern Associates Realty LLC in Ocala in 2017.
David’s knowledge of Marion County extends beyond real estate. He also served eight years as a Marion County Commissioner, providing him with extensive experience with the communities, growth, development, and local issues that have helped shape the county.
Today, Southern Associates Realty is a team of real estate professionals committed to helping clients navigate one of the most important financial decisions they may make.
